UHY International is a full member of international organizational structure Forum of Firms (FOF), which is represented by Transnational Auditors Committee (TAC) in a board of administration of IFAC and directrly develop IFRS and IAS, and stadarsize generally assepted certification schemes. Forum of Firms was founded in 2002, the main aim of association is a worldwide supporting of high standarts of financial accountability and audit quality. 

Audit company "UHY Prostir Ltd" is a member of Polish-Ukrainian economic chamber since 2006. Company’s activity is aimed at assistance and improvement of cooperation between polish and Ukrainian companies, assistance in registration of joint ventures in Poland and Ukraine. Our company takes an active part in chamber’s activities, provide members of chamber with consulting. 

Audit company "UHY Prostir Ltd" is a member of IPO Committee since 2006. Strategic aim of IPO Committee’s project is to make about 10 ukrainian companies come to leading exchanges – NYSE, LSE, AIM.
