All the disputable questions will be discussed on the 3 of September. At the moment IMF is discontented with some decisions and actions of the Ukrainian government. Earlier IMF has announced its demands. According these demands budget for the year 2010 should be adopted with a deficit no more than 3 percent of GDP. Another demand was concerning rise of the price of gas. However decision about increase in prices for inhabitants beginning from the 1 of September had been reversed. This can cause some difficulties in granting following credit tranches. Also IMF promised to increase financing for in the framework of “stand-by” programme in case of implementing these demands. It should be mentioned that according this programme can obtain 16 bln. US dollars. In opinion of the Ukrainian Prime Minister first demand is more realistic.
